Thrivers offers a personal guidance experience based on your birth date, including your Blueprint, daily missions, AI-powered chat, and related features. The Service is intended for personal growth and self-discovery purposes only.
Thrivers is not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service. Nothing in the app constitutes professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified professional for serious personal, health, or legal matters.
Some features of Thrivers require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to your chosen plan. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable store's payment terms.

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and code in the Service are owned by or licensed to MBG Capital, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your personal Blueprint and the data you input remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Thrivers uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized guidance, chat responses, and Blueprint insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only. It may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals where necessary.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBG Capital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
