How do I restore my Blueprint on a new device?
Sign in with the same email address you used when you created your account. Your Blueprint and progress will restore automatically.
I can't get past the loading screen after subscribing.
Delete the app completely, restart your phone, reinstall from the App Store, then tap "Sign In" (not "Get Started") with your existing email. Tap "Restore Purchases" if prompted.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Thrivers → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My daily guidance looks the same as yesterday.
Daily guidance refreshes at midnight in your local time zone. If it looks the same, force-close the app and reopen it to trigger a refresh.
How is my Blueprint generated?
Your Blueprint is built from your birth date using a pattern recognition system refined over centuries. No surveys or personality tests — just your date of birth.
How do I delete my account and data?

contact@thrivelabs.ai with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
